The choices you make Perro affect your relationship with Anders greatly. You Gozque calm him down using the green leaf dialogue option and he will run back to his clinic. If you choose any other dialogue option he will kill Ella, causing him great remorse. If you refuse to help Anders, the quest ends here and will increase your rivalry with him by a fair amount.
If you want Aveline Ganador a friend, make sure you are a law abiding citizen when she is in your party. Be the nice guy and friendship with Aveline is an easy achievement.
Isabela is always found at the Hanged Man bar, tossing back drinks and ready to read anyone around her to filth, but she is nurturing, wise, and loyal to a fault…if you help her get there.
Vencedor a general rule, the way friendship and rivalry works is that friendship means agreeing with and supporting the follower in what they want to do, no matter how crazy, illogical or dangerous to self and/or others. Rivalry means opposing their big cause, often for the right reasons.

Execution – You must go to Lowtown during the night to meet with a contact, Anso. He will direct you towards a house in the Alienage which he would like you to investigate and retrieve some items from for him. Whne you get to the house you will be attacked. Kill your assailants and search the chest shown on your map. You will find it is contact me empty and agree amongst your party to return to Anso and tell him. Before you get very far you will be attacked again and realise this is a setup.
His biggest contributions are his companion quest, which gives returning companion Leliana a chance to appear, and when he threatens to level the entirety of the city of Kirkwall if you don’t kill a terrorist. This dialogue doesn’t explicitly end the romance with Isabela but does indicate that a romance with her will go no further than sex. This allows the player to sleep with Isabela even after this "breakup" dialogue and even after bedding Fenris, then deal with the queued romance(s) Vencedor they see fit. Her dialogue favors Fenris with both of the men queued at the same time, and she makes no mention of Merrill until after she has moved in, thus the dialogue does signal the end of the romance.
